Real change for animals in Arkansas starts with people who care — and are willing to speak up. The Arkansas Animal Welfare Alliance is working to pass statewide laws that address dog overpopulation, regulate irresponsible breeding, and create a humane, sustainable shelter system. To do that, we need volunteers to help build public support, contact legislators, share information in their communities, and show our leaders that Arkansans are ready for change.
